Mr. Idumesaro's client was charged by the West Bloomfield Township Prosecuting Attorney with Domestic Violence and Malicious Destruction of Property. Through rigorous cross-examination, Mr. Idumesaro exposed multiple contradictions in the complainant's testimony. At the close of the Prosecution's case, Mr. Idumesaro's client took the stand. Mr. Idumesaro used his own head and his client's fingers to demonstrate to the jury that the complainant's alleged injury was a factual impossibility. The jury deliberated for about two hours and returned a unanimous verdict of not guilty on both counts!
