Mr. Idumesaro's client was charged by the Monroe County Prosecutor's Office with Check – No Account (allegedly contrary to MCL 750.131a). At the end of the preliminary examination, Judge Nichols (1st District Court, Monroe, Michigan) agreed with Mr. Idumesaro's arguments against a bind over and granted Mr. Idumesaro's motion for a dismissal of the charge.
